Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to build my website?

An average project can take around 3 months, give or take but every project is different so some are quicker and some take a bit longer. I work collaboratively with my clients so the more available and engaged I find the client, the quicker we tend to move forward.

What is the process?

Typically the design process is as follows 1) Brief 2) Exploration, as required 3) Concept 4) Build 5) Go Live. I liaise with my clients throughout the project and seek sign-off for each stage before moving onto the next.

How much does it cost to build a website?

Web Design projects vary in size, complexity and requirements but costs can start from around £2k+.

Can I make changes to the website myself?

We will ascertain your requirements within the briefing stage to make sure you are equipped after going live to do what you need. So yes, but I also have some smart ways of working to make life easier for my clients and reduce ongoing website administration.

What’s your approach?

I work relationally and collaboratively with my clients and seek to understand them, their business, brand, USP, audience and pain points. This provides the environment for creative problem-solving and great results.

What happens once my website is live?

My aim is to support my clients to the degree that they need so can be contacted anytime. I reach out to run security and performance updates as required. These are not mandatory but are strongly recommended and also provides a touch point should you need any other support or amends.
