The Employee Relations Consultancy
The Employee Relations Consultancy (ERC) provide dedicated and trusted HR services and were looking to build a new online learning solution as part of a new website.
Having worked together in the past, we began unpacking the business goals, vision and values which soon led to a refresh of the branding and visual identity.
Our aim was to convey professionalism and experience with approachability and warmth. We achieved this with a smart new logo, a rich and contemporary colour palette, carefully selected images, textures and new copy.
We then looked at creating the online learning side of the website. We gave specific attention in translating ERC’s HR training material, previously delivered in live group settings, into a new online learning experience.
We integrated LearnDash and WooCommerce, two top WordPress eLearning and eCommerce solutions, to provide an intuitive and professional experience for participants to purchase and learn online. Upon enrolment, participants have easy access to new and existing courses rich in content, videos, interactive quizzes, certificates and more.
We created a new resources area for articles, branded a new Facebook page and introduced new business cards and stationary for brand consistency across all touch points.
This was a great project to work on and to provide ongoing support.
