Citizens Advice Hampshire
The Citizens Advice Hampshire charity provide support for independent Citizens Advice bureaus across Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.
They were looking for a clean, intuitive, professional and engaging website with easy back-office functionality and low-level ongoing support.
We spent some time initially reviewing and restructuring the content to provide a clear content framework and improve the user experience and usability of the website.
Training courses are frequently provided and administrated through Eventbrite so we created clean and simple way to update upcoming courses with bespoke content and incorporating their national branded icons.
We created a ‘hot-spots’ interactive map to make it easy to find the nearest office across Hampshire, linking through to the relevant website for more information.
Projects and services are well showcased with pages housing a variety of content including overviews, YouTube videos, quotes, partner logos, downloadable PDF reports and more.
Job vacancies and volunteer opportunities can be easily posted and administered. Headline annual stats, social media profile links and responsive design for mobile/tablet have also featured in this project.
It’s been great to work with the Hampshire Office and to continue supporting such an established charity.
